To initiate the production process for your order, please follow the steps outlined below and ensure you review our Terms and Conditions before placing your order. Should you have any queries or concerns, kindly reach out to us via email at info@marjansupplies.com, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be delighted to assist you.

Ordering Steps:

Step 1:

Visit our website to select the desired uniform style and submit an online REQUEST FOR A FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN. Alternatively, you can email us any design you prefer, including your team name, color, and logo. Our skilled design team will promptly send you a free mock-up within 24 hours. Once you approve the final mock-up and are ready to proceed with the order, kindly email us your roster information, including player uniform sizes, numbers, and names (if applicable). While replying to the email, please provide the following details: Your name and shipping address, as well as the required delivery date

Step 2:

Upon receiving your roster, we will generate an invoice and send it to you via email. Please review the invoice, and when you are ready to make the payment, you can conveniently use the payment options provided in the invoice to pay online. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service to pay via credit/debit card. We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit card (Visa/Master/American)
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • Money Gram
  • Western Union

Step 3:

Once we receive your payment, we will send you the Order Detail within 24 hours or sooner. Kindly review the Order Detail and respond to our email, confirming its accuracy or requesting any necessary changes. Please note that once you confirm the Order details, we will proceed with your order, and any further changes may not be possible. We will notify you of the tracking number(s) for your order once it is shipped. If you have any queries about your order’s status, feel free to contact our customer support. Additionally, we offer a 100% OFF ON CUSTOM UNIFORM SAMPLE. If you order your customized sample uniform, we will apply a 100% refund for the sample’s cost towards your next invoice when you place the complete order. (7-10 day turnaround time for rush orders)
